Wealth Advisor Group Formed

Life insurance agents and other professionals who do business with affluent clients have come together to form the Wealth Advisor Institute.

Among the many benefits, the group will provide access to information and services for financial professionals interested in supporting their specific client base -- those with assets of $250,000 or more.

Members will be eligible for annual certification of ethics training, focus groups, virtual seminars, and surveys, which are all covered by their annual dues ($300).

According to Keith Gregg, chairman of the Washington, D.C.-based Wealth Advisor Institute, no previous membership organization has addressed the varied interests of advisors who specialize in advising wealthier clients.
