David Kleinhandler is starting DKA Advisors L.L.C., a company that will sell life insurance and annuity products to businesses and to wealthy individuals.
Kleinhandler, the founder of QuoteMaster USA Ltd., New York, and David Kleinhandler L.L.C., New York, says DKA Advisors, New York, also will offer trust-owned life insurance, Prudent Investor Act compliance programs, and estate and charitable legacy planning services.
The company also is developing proprietary products.
