Life Partners Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq GS:LPHI) says net income increased to $8.4 million for the quarter that ended Nov. 30, 2009, up 16% from $7.3 million for the comparable quarter in 2008.
Quarterly revenue increased to $31 million, up 10% from $28 million, according to Life Partners, Waco, Texas.
"This has been another record quarter for us, and we are very pleased with our continued growth in revenues and net income," Life Partners Chief Executive Officer Brian Pardo says in a statement accompanying the company's latest earnings release.
