The SPARK Institute Inc. has published a document that could help participants in the 403(b) retirement plan market.
The Simsbury, Conn., retirement services vendor group has released the final version of guidelines on Form 5500 aggregation for 403(b) retirement plans that are covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and use more than one vendor.
The final version, based on a draft released in December 2009, is available on the institute website.
Any organization that wants to adopt the guidelines can use them free of charge, the institute says.
