A broker that sells insurance to expatriates and international organizations is running a scholarship program for expatriate students.
Clements International Inc., Washington, says it will award a total of $10,000 to 6 students ages 12 to 18 who have lived outside the United States for at least 2 consecutive years.
Clements is asking candidates to submit essays about "Life in a Flying House," along with photographs or images illustrating that theme.
The deadline is May 13.
