ATLANTA (AP) — The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) could lead to coverage changes in 2014 for as many as 400,000 Georgia residents who own individual health insurance policies, state Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens said Wednesday.
Hudgens spokesman Glenn Allen said the figures were based on internal estimates.
