Year in review: The 2013 health insurance landscape

As expected, 2013 was a tumultuous year for health insurance agents and consumers alike. For some, health insurance costs skyrocketed. For others, access to in-network care diminished. For all, questions about PPACA and the future of health care went unanswered.
