Changes are coming as boomers retire and millennials take over.
It's amazing how many changes can occur in just five years, especially when it comes to the modern workforce. Some think in the coming years we'll see more freelance employees and less full-time, one-job-only workers. Also predicted is more "flex work," or working from just about anywhere, especially as more millennials -- and their customs -- enter the workforce in droves. 

Other predictions include more jobs coming from small and medium-sized businesses, especially within the tech, health care and social media marketing sectors, and more opportunities for Gen Xers as baby boomers retire at an alarming rate.
