Dan Pierson is founding partner and CEO of Independent Life Brokerage. He is responsible for the overall vision and oversees operations to ensure the company delivers on its commitments. Prior to forming ILB, Dan ran a large general agency, where he developed a reputation for his high-touch service and unparalleled ability to secure the most competitive underwriting offers. He currently serves on the advisory council for two carriers and is heavily involved with senior management of others. Dan holds a life and health insurance license.
