Seven Technology Trends that are Shaping the Future of Life Claims
Original Broadcast Date: Thursday, September 6, 2012
External and internal influences continue to exert pressure on life insurers as companies look to accelerate growth. Keeping existing producers satisfied while increasing the distribution footprint is a challenge that all life insurers are trying to address. The way an insurer handles claims for their clients is ranked as a top reason for a producer working with, and continuing to recommend an insurer. Meanwhile the relentless drive for operational efficiency continues. However, Claims has historically been the department receiving the least investment, particularly from a technology perspective. Nowhere is this more evident than when it comes to life insurance claims.
This webinar will explore research conducted by Novarica into the top business needs for life insurers in 2012 and beyond, focusing ultimately on the seven trends that are shaping the future of life insurance claims processing. FINEOS will participate in this webinar and will further explore each of these trends and demonstrate ways in which technology can not only address the trends, but prepare an organization for future trends and changes that will undoubtedly occur.
